How Can Angelov Solicitors Help with Your Personal Immigration Matter?

At Angelov Solicitors, we offer a 15-Minute Free Initial Discussion to help prospective clients take the first step with confidence.

To arrange this, simply email info@darkgreen-dugong-323401.hostingersite.com with a brief summary of your UK immigration history, including whether you’re currently in the UK and, if applicable, the expiry date of your current visa.

While this conversation is not a substitute for legal advice or a consultation, it allows us to assess your situation and advise whether we can assist you.

Please note that this discussion is a preliminary step designed to point you in the right direction. We do not review documents or answer case-specific questions.

If you already know you need detailed advice, we recommend booking a full consultation with one of our immigration solicitors.

Our one-hour consultation offers personalised legal advice from a qualified solicitor, tailored to your individual circumstances.

To proceed, you will be asked to sign our Terms of Business and pay the consultation fee in advance. Consultations are conducted remotely via video call, making our services accessible wherever you are in the world.

During the session, we will assess your immigration history, answer your specific questions, and provide clear guidance on your legal options and next steps.

While we do not review substantial supporting documentation during the consultation, we will review and advise on key documents such as refusal letters, or civil penalty notice where relevant.

This focused consultation is ideal for individuals seeking clarity on their position and practical legal advice they can rely on.

If you decide to proceed after your consultation, we will provide a fixed-fee quote for full legal representation, tailored to the complexity of your case.

Once formally instructed, we will guide you through every stage of the process to prepare a strong application.

Our services include:

  • Providing detailed written advice;
  • Advising and organising supporting evidence;
  • Drafting and assisting with submitting your application;

We always provide a comprehensive Letter of Representations to accompany your applications. We are committed to ensuring your application is clear, thorough, and professionally presented.

Please see our Price & Transparency Policy for more information on costs related to full representation.
