Spouse Visa

Unmarried Partner Visa

Fiancé(e) Visa

We assist engaged couples in applying for a Fiancé(e) Visa or proposed Civil Partner Visa, which allows entry into the UK to get married within six months of their arrival.

Parent of a Child Visa

Parents seeking to live in the UK to care for their child who is a British citizen, or Settled in the UK or with Pre-Settled Status, not eligible under the partner route, may apply as a parent under the Parent of a Child route.

Adult Dependent Relative

We help adult dependent relatives of British citizens, persons who are settled or with pre-settled status, or with protection status, to join their caring family member in the UK. This route offers indefinite leave to enter for adult dependent relatives of British citizens or settled persons, subject to strict eligibility requirements

Human Rights Applications

When a person does not meet the requirements under the Immigration Rules, the Home Office may still consider their application on human right grounds under the European Convention of Human Rights.

Victim of Domestic Violence

We help victims of domestic abuse who were on a partner visa apply to stay in the UK independently and safely.

Family Reunion for Refugees

If a person is recognised as a refugee or granted humanitarian protection, their family members whose relationship pre-existed their flight to the UK may be eligible to join them in the UK.

Child Dependent Visa

Parents who are applying to the UK as a spouse or partner of British citizens, persons who are settled, or with pre-settled status, or with a Turkish Businessperson or Turkish Worker visa, or with protection status, their children can apply at the same time or bring their children later under Appendix FM.

Family Member of Points-Based-System Visa

If your partner or your parent has been granted a Points-Based-System visa, such as a skilled worker visa, or student visa. You may be eligible to join your family member in the UK.

Bereaved Partner

Bereaved Partner route offers a settlement option for individuals who were last granted permission as a spouse, civil partner, or unmarried partner under Appendix FM and whose partner has since passed away.
